You'll find a number of names amongst the
Adelbert von Chamisso Prize's winners, it being a prize for foreigners writing in German.
I've went to readings by
Saša Stanišic (Bosnian)
Tawada Yōko (Japanese), and Terezia Mora (Hungarian) at the Goethe Institut in recent times. Plus the Bulgarian writer Ilija Trojanow writes in German.
