In French we call it "Breve de comptoire" or counter bref or short.
The are like sayings or idioms by guys a bit drunk and are usuly very funny in their obviousnes,bent logic or the images.
There are some very good ones in Dortmuder serie by Donald Westlake
Here are a few.
