I'm going on vacation for a week in mid-December. But I don't get to go anywhere.
What book is most likely to make me forget that it is a damp and dreary December and that I am stuck in Daly City, CA?
Which novel, history or memoir will take me worlds away?
Travels with Charley, or a Donkey, or My Aunt.

I will be staying at home for the entire winterbreak since my boyfriend couldn't get any days off work before the 4th of January. I go back to school on the 4th. I've already 'booked' some Pamuk, Mahfuz and Haruki Murakami.

The Museum of Innocence, I guess. I have to get that book since it was sold out at the Book Fair since Pamuk was there to present the book.
