Here's a good one: Craig Ferguson with Alan Furst. Alan Furst is a very good writer of atmospheric WW2 espionage thrillers. As he puts it: novels about spies, not just spy novels. I like the part where he talks about writing the sex scenes.

Maybe not an author but one of the greatest and most passionate man who ever live.

Online author interviews
After watching the interview of Hilary Mantel Liam posted, I thought there must many other interviews online worth watching.
In Denmark, the Royal Library has something called "International Author Stage", where famous authors are interviewed and its recorded by our national TV. Here is the webpage, where you, so far, can watch Salman Rushdie, Günter Grass and Jan Kjærstad. This will keep getting updated as they get it updated. Monica Ali should be on soon. Den sorte diamant - dr.dk/Kultur/International_forfatterscene The interviews are either in Danish, English or German.
