At the time of writing we have four threads on separate works of Arthur Schnitzler, but none dedicated to the man himself. This thread changes that.

Not that it changes it that much as, to be honest, I don't know much about him other than that he was Austrian and that his Dream Story was the basis for Kubrik's Eyes Wide Shut. His bibliography on Wikipedia lists short stories, novels, and plays, and quite a number, and it says there that one of his short stories was the first German language title to make use of the stream-of-consciousness style.
