Don't Saudi women have, err, needs?
Sounds a little like a women prison facility disguised as an opportunity for Saudi women to have a career.
Also, I'm not completely sure what these careers are supposed to be in if they are planning to build production companies for food and clothing, among other things.

Ask a few feminists about this. While equal pay is not yet wholly on par in, for instance, the UK or USA, there are maybe a few other countries where gender equality does not function. I've not heard recently of any Brits, Yanks, Israelis, Swedes, Finns, French, and so on burning down schools because girls are going to be taught there. Maybe the world should become an equal playing field.
