    Default the wild queendom

asked the one advise he would give to aspiring actors, a popular actor with a semi van dyke replied "imagine yourself an animal" "be that animal".

this might've come in handy way back when i was matriculated in acting 101. got a c for that course.

if i had aladin's lamp, one of my wishes would be to retake acting 101. what about the rest of you on this board? which blunder would you be most keen to erase, rectify, improve on?

My college years. I should have either:

    a. Studied physics and trained for a real career

    or

    b. Took a year off despite the family objections and gone to London. It took me more than 20 years to finally get there and yes, Sir Jack, it was all I'd always hoped it would be.

    or

    c. Both

Instead, I got a worthless degree in journalism, and spent about 15 years making up for it. I now work at computer in a cubicle doing something I'm really indifferent about so I can pay my bills, take care of my kid, and do a little traveling. I really wish I had a time machine so I could go back and kick my 18-year-old self right in the arse and tell her to grow a set of bollocks. At the end of the day you've got one life, better live it for yourself.
