Someone on our literary translators' forum drew our attention to an interview in the American online and print newspaper CONTEXT, published by the Dalkey Archive Press, Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, USA.

The interview is between two British translators, Nicholas de Lange and Ros Schwartz, where they discuss, among other things, the translator's contacts with the author. There are also article on the editing of translated literature, on Lithuanian contemporary literature, on the prolific Catalan author Josep Pla, Shklovsky on Eisenstein, and several other things. CONTEXT has articles about both literature written in English, and that translated from other languages.
