Seeing Red

I'm not averse to the colour red - in the right amounts, it can be a warm and cheerful colour. But there does seem to be rather a lot of it in the new version of the forum.

The Wikipedia says that "Red is used as a symbol of guilt, sin and anger, often as connected with blood or sex. A Biblical example is found in Isaiah: 'Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow.'"

Perhaps there's a message in there somewhere?

I second that. I rather like it now.

I don't mind the redness. What I do find hard to get used to is the tenuous shade difference between 'read' and 'unread' threads, which makes them difficult to tell apart.

I'll be fixing the forum look shortly. I see far too many things left unfinished - work really, really took over this year - and will resolve them.
