Jeff Bridges has been one of my favorite actors for years, long before his performance as Rooster Cogburn in True Grit left John Wayne in his dust. Unfortunately, an on-going cancer battle coupled with Covid have kept him off the big screen while he fought for his life. That is why I was so happy to even see him in a minute-long TV commercial that was released last week. "Up the Antibodies" is a campaign aimed at immunocompromised individuals who are still at risk for Covid at a time when President Biden boldly, perhaps irresponsibly, declares the pandemic is over.
