Technically correct: first, yes - but not a new one.
This is just the reprint of an old translation from 1976. The remaining translating credits by this specific translator (also a published poet) seem to have been done mostly from the English, + some from the French, which means this is almost certain to be an indirect translation.
Bottom line, a shameless cash grab by Relógio d'Água. Which I already fell for.
Also, this means that, for the time being, there's a much better PT-PT edition of Jomini's main work than Clausewitz's, which is bizarre.

Recently, I've discovered a gem (a very rare book) written by Campos de Carvalho, "The Clown", an experimental and original writer from Brazil.
His first book "Banda Forra" was renegade by him. Thankfully, it was scanned by a big fan of his works.
